Who We Are

The West End Art Collective is a WE Arts project whose goal it is to facilitate arts in our community by bringing together artists, creatives and culture workers to share resources and space.

PHASE 1: Collect info from local artists, creatives, resources and spaces in the West End. Create an Advisory Committee.

(To be completed by August 1, 2019)

PHASE 2: Create an interactive database.

PHASE 3: Work together for our vision for arts in the West End.

Project Team

DANIELA GUERRERO-RODRIGUEZ

Daniela is a community builder who has been volunteering with WE Arts to support West End artists connect with their communities through art markets and pop-up events. She has over 20 years of experience in mental health and a Masters in Arts for Social Change from SFU.

MATT HANNS-SHROETER

Matt is an artist and community builder. He is a local illustrator, designer and photographer who is working full time in the arts. He is dedicated to connecting his community through art whether it is at an art show or creating events with Young Ideas.
